At Combat Ready HQ Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products. While we don't offer exchanges on opened coffee bags but do Lacey returns if they haven’t been touched or opened, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on apparel and gear in new condition.
If you're not satisfied with the fit of a T-shirt, hoodie or other item or encounter any issues with your order, you can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us at combatreadyhq@outlook.com to start the process.
There is no charge for returns, but you are responsible for the return to us and please ensure the items are returned to us in unwashed condition and preferably in the original packaging.
